Photoluminescent Low Level Pathway Finding
Safety Glow Visual Nosings are charged under normal interiorlighting conditions. When the lights go out, this material releases a stored light energy, which is visible for hours. This product also meets the California Disabled Access Regulations Title 24, Section 3306, striping for the visually impaired when contrasting colors are used.
Our Safety Glow Maxxi-Treads use innovative technology to embed photoluminescent stripes directly into the treads at the leading edge. That, combinedwith Maxxi-Treads’ grooved surface provides both visualand tactile features when you are faced with a “lights out”emergency.
Escape routing is very important to any building’s design. This material will illuminate for an extended period during an emergency, assisting occupants to find escape routing out of the building. And because the photoluminescent material is embedded into the tread itself,Safety-Glow products will help make visible a safe, clear path free from trip hazards.
