Linear Series Stair Treads have a unique grooved surface for improved traction and good looks.

 

A variety of designs are available to meet Federal and State ADA specifications as well as meeting a wide range of budgets.

 

12' Rubber and Vinyl Stair Treads are also available.

Available in 5 predetermined color combinations with polyurethane cleats for maximum slip resistance as shown. Also, any color combination of the 20 Uni-Color tread colors can be special-ordered. Note: insert will be vinyl for special orders; minimum quantities apply.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED SAFETY TREADS (VINYL AND RUBBER)

 


All Visually Impaired Safety Treads meet the California Disabled Access regulations Title 24 for the visually impaired when used with contrasting strip color.
MAXXI-TREAD® (RUBBER) Available in any of the 20 Uni-Color System colors and the 9 Abrasive Strip Insert colors below.



Abrasive Tape is available in single rolls for both interior and exterior applications on concrete, wood, terrazzo and metal floors, ramps and stairs. Treads and Abrasive Tape may be ordered separately for onsite installations.

FLEXIBLE NOSE FOR EASY COMPLIANCE

All Linear Series™ Stair Treads have a notch behind the nose for increased flexibility. The ADA requires nosing angles to be between 60° and 90° from the horizontal. This product modification will allow the nosing position of these products to more easily conform to the steps’ nosings that have been built to the severest angle allowed by the ADA (60°).
